Welcome to JunoDesk!

JunoDesk is an artificial intelligence-powered voice conversational agent ("JunoDesk") available via JunoDesk's digital platform (the "Platform").

Please read these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you (and any business or organization you represent) and JunoDesk, LLC("JunoDesk," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to your use of the Services. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Definitions

  • Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.
  • Services means the JunoDesk website, mobile application, and related features, content, and functionality we provide.
  • Conversation means an interaction with JunoDesk through the Services.
  • Content means information you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services.
  • Account means your account used to access certain features of the Services.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an Account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Access and Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.

Restrictions

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code.
  • Do not rent, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without permission.
  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

4. Fees and Payment

If the Services include paid plans, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented at purchase. We may change pricing in the future, but changes won't apply retroactively to a current subscription term.

We may suspend or discontinue access for overdue amounts where permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by JunoDesk or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Services.

License to Your Content

You grant JunoDesk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your Content only as necessary to provide and improve the Services and to comply with law.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunoDesk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Terms

The Services may include AI features. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunoDesk and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunoDesk’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to JunoDesk for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12. SMS Communications

JunoDesk may send SMS messages in connection with the Services in the following circumstances:

(a) Business User Messages
If you provide your mobile phone number when creating or managing your JunoDesk account, you agree that JunoDesk may send you text messages related to your account and use of the Services, including one-time passcodes, verification codes, security alerts, account notifications, and support messages.

(b) Customer-Care Messages Sent Through the Service
If you enable JunoDesk’s missed-call text-back or related messaging features, the Services may send customer-care or conversational text messages on your behalf to individuals who recently contacted your business, such as after a missed inbound call.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@junodesk.ai. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for ensuring that any messaging you initiate or enable through the Services is lawful and properly consented to.
